Client Policies

A 50% deposit of the total service price is required to finalize all appointments. Deposit payments are credited towards your total service price. The remaining balance will be due upon received service.

On-site setup for 1-3 scheduled clients is a one-time $30 Travel Fee applied to locations within a 25 mile radius from the San Antonio, Texas (78257) area plus additional mileage fees for any locations over 25 miles. For locations over 25 miles please submit an inquiry form through the contact page for additional pricing information. If you schedule a minimum of 4 clients, the travel fee within 25 miles from the San Antonio, TX (78257) area and within the Carrizo Springs, TX area is waived.

For late appointment arrivals, if 15 minutes late, a fee of $20 will be added to the total service price. After 30 minutes late from your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled.

There are no penalties or additional fees to reschedule. If you choose to reschedule, it must be communicated via email, text message or phone call within 48 hours of your original scheduled appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. If your deposit is forfeited you will have to pay a new deposit to schedule your new appointment.

Valid cancellations must be communicated via email, text message or phone call prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made by clients are non-refundable or non-transferable of your paid deposit. If Valeria's Vanity (Valerie Salgado) is unable to keep the scheduled appointment due to unforeseeable circumstances or is forced to cancel, the client will be issued a full refund of the paid deposit within 7 days of the cancellation notice.

Any client that does not communicate nor show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full upon scheduling.
